Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute data migration strategies to transfer large datasets into Salesforce from legacy systems and external sources
• Develop scripts and automation tools (Python, Apex, SQL) to support data import, transformation, and cleansing
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout migration processes
• Work with Salesforce standard and custom objects, relationships, and data models
• Use Salesforce Bulk API, Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) to manage high-volume data operations
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Perform data analysis to identify inconsistencies and provide insights to stakeholders
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and migration results
• Document migration workflows and follow Salesforce best practices for performance and security
Requirements
âś” 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role
âś” Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture, objects, relationships, and data models
âś” Experience with data migration and integration projects
âś” Experience using Bulk API, Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL tools
âś” Strong scripting skills in Python, Apex, SQL, or JavaScript
âś” Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs
âś” Strong analytical skills and attention to data quality
