50% Admin- to include scheduling, insurance verifications, tracking certifications
50% transporting and assisting therapists
Schedule: M-F 8am-3pm

Job Summary
Performs a wide range of administrative, technical and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects and assisting with tech related duties.
Qualifications
- High school education with other applicable training and experience preferred.
- Prior experience as a medical scheduler in a medical related field. Computer knowledge and experience is required.
- CNA experience a plus.
