Company that is a leader in its sector and a principal partner of global talent platforms, in full growth, we are looking to incorporate a person for the position of Strategic Partnership Sales Manager – Talent Solutions, with a focus on enhancing the acquisition and management of new clients within the framework of our strategic alliance with a global leader in talent solutions and employer reputation.

YOUR MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the strategic relationship with our unique global technology partner, a global leader in talent acquisition and employer reputation, operating across 60+ countries, managing international coordination, commercial alignment, and the development of the consulting team to meet revenue and growth objectives.
* Design and execute the commercial strategy for high-value B2B solutions, driving new client acquisition (hunting) and growth in existing accounts (upsell & cross-sell), maintaining high-level dialogue with HR directors, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing executives.
* Actively participate in the entire sales cycle: identification and qualification of opportunities, presentation of proposals, negotiation and closing, developing solid relationships with key decision-makers in the business and HR world, ensuring proper CRM management, conversion funnels, and forecasting with a data-driven mindset.
* Represent the company at B2B events alongside our partner (webinars, sector forums, breakfast meetings), promoting consultative selling and value-added generation for each client.
YOUR PROFILE
* More than 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or high-value services, with a solid track record leading commercial teams and executing complex consultative sales in demanding environments.
* Strong results orientation, with the ability to think strategically and data-driven, making decisions based on metrics, conversion funnels, and expert handling of CRM and B2B marketing.
* Consolidated and active network in the HR ecosystem: Talent Attraction, Recruiting, Employer Branding, or specialized consulting, with the ability to connect with key decision-makers from day one.
* Advanced English & Spanish (C1/C2) to fluently manage the international relationship with the partner and operate in a global environment.
