Precise is recruiting CNC Machine Operators for the Netherlands.
Perfil
* Experience in the field: reading drawings, reading machine programmes, experience with Siemens control is an advantage, proactive mindset to optimise automated processes and suggest improvements, has the necessary knowledge of materials and tools;
* Availability to work in a 5-shift system (with an additional 30% per shift);
* European citizenship (mandatory, candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered);
* Criminal record without serious offences;
* Conversational English skills (at least B1) are mandatory, as this will be the language used on a daily basis and in interviews with the partner company.
Duties
* Independently operate, configure and reconfigure machines; responsible for shift troubleshooting on machines;
* Optimise automated production lines, ensuring compliance with safety standards;
* Take measurements and record deviations as necessary;
* Perform first-line maintenance and resolve technical issues;
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace in accordance with WCM-5S principles; collaborate with process engineers to implement improvements;
* Play a crucial role in launching production on the newly automated production line at our new facility in Hapert.
