To perform various cleaning activities in any of the business outlets. Handle complaints/requests with professionalism and patience. Respond promptly to requests from guests. Maintain and keep records of inventory. Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices. /ppbr/ppbWhat you'll be doing: /b /pulliClean shower rooms, Lounge, restrooms, corridor, elevator, stairway and other work areas so that health standards are met. /liliClean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture using vacuum cleaners and \or shampooers. /liliEmpty wastebasket, empty and clean dust bins, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. /liliChange shower towels after every guest use and send to laundry. /liliGeneral dusting of the lounge. /liliGeneral check list to be followed to ensure that all guest amenities\ towels etc are in place and the shower room is ready for the next guest use. /liliEnsure that the time frame and job role is completed within the set time frame. /liliCarry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts. /liliRun errands such as taking dirty linens to laundry as required. /liliSweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors, using brooms, mops, and powered scrubbing and waxing machines. /liliKeep storage areas and carts well stocked, clean and tidy. /liliReplenish supplies such as linens and shower rooms amenities. /liliSort, Count and mark clean linens and store them in linen closet. /liliReport any damage equipment or maintenance need to lounge supervisor. /liliCarrying out fire, safety, and evacuation procedures as required by the Company’s Fire Policy /liliComplying with the Company’s health, safety and hygiene policies /liliComplying with company’s standards in relation to personal hygiene and personal presentation to the duty roster and at all times being mindful of personal appearance and grooming. /liliReporting any complaints or guest problems to the Supervisor or Duty Manager immediately. /liliCarrying out any additional tasks and all other duties assigned for that day. /liliCoordinating and cooperating with his\ her fellow employees and seniors ar all times to ensure the smooth running of the outlet. /li /ulpbJob Requirement: /b /pulliA minimum of 1-2 years' solid experience in housekeeping operations /liliHighly motivated with strong communication /liliA good team leader and player with positive attitude /liliGood command of both spoken and written English /liliPositive ‘can do’ attitude, independent with good efficiency /liliShift duty is required /liliWork location : Airport /li /ul
