Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently organize and manage finance-related email accounts, ensuring seamless communication.
2. Oversee the invoicing process with a keen eye for accuracy and timely execution.
3. Manage payment and execution processes, including taxes and VAT, to maintain financial precision.
4. Navigate through supplier invoices and facilitate prompt payments to uphold strong business relationships. Respond promptly to customer requests and effectively address any concerns or complaints.
5. Generate and analyze financial reports, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decisions.
6. Offer innovative solutions to challenges, resolving critical issues for enhanced performance and profitability.
7. Foster strong relationships by liaising with relevant stakeholders across the organization, Maersk offices globally, customers, and providers.
8. Provide exceptional service to customers while upholding efficient financial and operating procedures.
We are looking for:
9. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
11. Experience with SAP/Kewill and Taric.
12. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance or a comparable position.
13. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
14. Strong multitasking abilities.
15. Analytical skills with a profound understanding of financial data.
16. Detail-oriented with a process-focused approach.
17. Resilient team player with a goal-oriented mindset.
