Would you like to be the key figure who guarantees efficiency and customer satisfaction in our warehouse operations?If so, we have the opportunity to work as our Logistics Contract Manager at CEVA Logistics.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? You will be the ultimate owner of the comprehensive warehouse operation (Supply Chain), and your success will be measured by your ability to optimize resources and achieve contractual objectives with the client.Lead and supervise the correct functioning of the daily operation (360o Supervision), actively intervening to correct deviations and ensure service continuity.Manage and develop high-level teams, leading a hierarchical structure that includes Shift Managers, Operations Managers, Foremen (Team Leaders), and operational personnel.Perform daily and medium-term resource planning (fixed staff and temporary/flexible personnel) to optimize productivity and costs.Be responsible for the financial control of the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, including cost monitoring, savings identification, and margin maximization.Act as the main point of contact with the client, ensuring fluent communication, reporting key metrics, and participating in service reviews (QBRs/MBRs).Actively participate in negotiations with the Works Council and in the management of labor relations.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for a professional with the vision and experience to maximize account performance.You have at least 3 years of demonstrable experience as a Contract Manager, Site Manager, Operations Manager, or a senior management role in logistics operations (Supply Chain).You have solid knowledge in financial management (P&L), budgetary control of logistics accounts, and warehouse operations management.You have a proven ability to lead and develop large and complex teams.You have an excellent ability to interact at the executive level with clients and in labor negotiation environments.You demonstrate a Kaizen mindset (continuous improvement), are rigorous, curious, and possess a developed analytical and synthesis mind.Fluent English (a plus).Education in Industrial Organization Engineering or Business Administration (ADE) with a Master's in Supply Chain (a plus).WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
