We are looking for a **Junior People Partner** (M/F/d) to join our HR team based in Madrid. The role involves full-cycle recruitment for our 3 locations in Madrid plus our next opening in Barcelona: on-site visits, HR administration responsibilities and other exciting projects.
**Main tasks**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers (restaurant managers) to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with Italian based Talent acquisition team to coordinate recruitment strategy
- Support actively the contractual process for hirings coming from Italy.
- Support local HR activities such as onboarding day, employer branding, trainings
- Serve as a resource and point of contact for employees regarding HR admin
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records such as contracts, payrolls, presentations
- Perform administrative activities such as drafting letters, contracts, mailings, presentations, etc.;
**Requirements and skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology; Master's Degree in HR is a plus.
- At least 1 years of experience in related field
- Good understanding of HR processes and practices
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably Italian speaker with good level of Spanish and English
- Proactive and hands-on approach to drive HR initiatives
- Starting date: January 2024
- We offer permanent contract, full time, with 6 months probationary period, (contrato fijo)
