What you´ll do
* Gather and prioritize user requirements from various stakeholders including Safety, Quality, Lean Manufacturing, and the Innovation department.
* Create and manage business cases, including budgeting for development, maintenance, and run costs.
* Identify opportunities for process digitalization and improvement.
* Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of digital solutions.
* Develop and execute detailed implementation plans to ensure smooth product roll-out across sites.
* Prepare training materials and conduct sessions to support end users in adopting the new digital tools.
* Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and adoption.
* Manage, maintain, and optimize existing applications.
