Job Posting Title: People & Culture Business Partner
Summary: The People & Culture Business Partner will provide strategic direction and operational support in creating an outstanding employee experience. Residing in Barcelona, Spain, and working primarily with leaders and employees in Spain and Europe, the Business Partner will assist in all human resources functional areas, including culture, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent reviews, and hiring/selection. Reporting directly to the Director, People & Culture for Global Supply Chain Functions, the Business Partner will deliver outstanding service supporting Aristocrat’s focus on both employees and innovation.
Responsibilities:
* Provide People & Culture support and guidance across strategic initiatives by partnering with leaders to examine the people impacts of exploring new business opportunities or creating efficiencies/growth plans.
* Support and guide day-to-day People & Culture topics in the local Integration Center in Barcelona.
* Collaborate with leadership on all People matters, providing support on Employee Relations and Labor Relations considering local employment legislation.
* Balance strategic and operational HR needs by examining impacts of organizational design, workforce planning, culture, and governance.
* Manage employee relations matters for assigned leaders to mitigate legal or cultural risks.
* Drive recruitment and retention strategies, supporting leaders in talent acquisition and development.
* Work with the Talent CoE team to identify and develop high-potential employees.
* Ensure a clear learning and development focus and help develop relevant materials and resources.
* Advise leaders on succession planning and workforce continuity strategies.
* Support organizational design initiatives to align capabilities with business priorities.
* Assist with the implementation of the annual remuneration review process and global mobility efforts.
* Review and enhance recognition programs in collaboration with Remuneration and Benefits teams.
* Identify opportunities for organizational improvements and support change management processes.
* Lead action planning based on employee survey feedback and support global meetings, adjusting work hours as needed.
Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in HR generalist or similar roles.
* Deep knowledge of local labor law, especially in manufacturing environments.
* Strong understanding of HR best practices and functional areas.
* Commercial acumen and ability to develop HR programs.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills in Spanish and English.
* Relationship management and influencing skills.
