- Build strong working relationships with senior partner stakeholders and position IAG Loyalty as a strategic growth partner.
- Proactively seek out and unlock new partnership opportunities, especially with brands yet to explore loyalty or join the Avios ecosystem.

Dive deep into their customer needs to craft compelling, insight-led commercial propositions, and take full ownership from first conversation through to negotiation, onboarding, and successful launch.Develop new commercial opportunities within existing partners* Identify and unlock new commercial opportunities with existing partners, including new earning propositions, redemption opportunities, marketing campaigns and digital integrations.

- Help evolve customer journeys for Avios collection, redemption and partner engagement across digital platforms.Deliver projects across multiple teams* Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Data, Marketing and Technology to successfully launch and scale partner initiatives.
