Field Service Engineer (Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring)

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide high‐quality customer service in Madrid, Castilla La‐Mancha, and Castilla León. The role involves installing, servicing, and maintaining advanced medical equipment, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with service and sales teams.
Your Role
Manage customer relationships through effective technical support at customer sites.
Assist with service repair, preventive maintenance, field change orders and installations.
Identify and resolve customer issues, communicate solutions, and involve Service and Sales teams as needed.
Operate with knowledge of regulatory requirements.
You're The Right Fit If
University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Technology, or equivalent in the electronics industry, preferably in a Health Tech environment.
Previous hands‐on experience servicing medical or other high‐technology equipment with demonstrated repair and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and good level of English.
Demonstrated superior customer service skills on a daily basis.
Driving licence and willingness to travel.
