About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Sales Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in technical sales with a structured career path for growth.
Key Responsibilities :
* Support Area Sales Managers in proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
* Build and maintain client relationships, progressing to full portfolio management.
* Prospect new clients and qualify leads.
* Provide product and sales training to distributors.
* Use Salesforce (CRM) to manage customer data, track sales activities, and generate reports.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
* High level of English (C1 written and spoken).
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus.
* Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) is a plus.
* Strong interest in sales.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with senior sales team members.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive and eager to learn.
