Role: Implementation Consultant
You will be the main contact for delivering our solution to international customers and resellers, onboarding, training, and providing product information on our Location Marketing Cloud (SaaS).
You ensure technical alignment with customer strategies and support long-term success, coordinating with revenue and product teams.
Your Responsibilities :
* Implement our solution and onboard customers
* Ensure smooth implementation to increase adoption and collaboration
* Deliver onboarding plans aligned with customer roadmaps, collaborating with internal teams
* Identify and resolve challenges faced by customers
* Escalate issues via internal channels (Jira, Salesforce)
* Leverage your knowledge of directories like Google and Facebook to guide customers
* Support process improvement and documentation efforts
Your Profile :
* Fluent in English and German
* Experience in a B2B software environment, preferably in digital marketing, e-commerce, or IT
* Background in Implementation/Onboarding roles, familiar with delivering SaaS solutions internationally
* Customer-facing experience, focused on satisfaction and retention
* Enjoys training and problem-solving
* Analytical, resourceful, and customer-focused
* Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
* Quick learner of new technologies
* Organized and able to prioritize
* Experience with ticketing/CRM systems (Jira, Salesforce)
* Tech-savvy with experience in backend, API, large datasets (Excel, SQL), reporting tools
* Experience with Google Business Profile or Facebook Business Manager is a plus
* Experience working in international teams
* Open to new ideas and independent work, including remotely
