Verisure is seeking a talented CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Project Manager to join the team. This role provides an outstanding platform for a highly motivated individual to work with our Group ESG department, whilst providing strong visibility with key leaders in the company. Strategic context and Value proposition

This position will be part of a dedicated ESG core team, that will be delivering a new global CSR strategy and approach, designed to enhance business performance and shareholder value, energize employees, support our brand, and ultimately bring positive societal value and impact to Verisure communities and beyond.
The role will manage the development and implementation of our CSR strategy across Verisure different geographies. This role will strength of our ESG Roadmap through our new CSR strategy and its execution and roll out across different functions and in our markets. It will also oversee the establishment of data and content collection and validation processes for various stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Lead the development and execution of Verisure’s CSR strategy, CSR policy and it’s action plan
2. Establishing data-driven CSR goals, milestones and metrics, and developing the analytical tools needed to evaluate and measure CSR efforts
3. Leading the roll-out and building consensus for the action plan amongst key stakeholders in different countries within leadership teams.
4. Developing and implementing a company-wide plan for collecting, storing, validating and distributing CSR data and content for reporting; adding value by responding to key stakeholders' requests
5. Shaping CSR messages within the concept of strategy and long-term value creation for Verisure
6. Lead on the development, planning and execution of CSR roadmap, including key actions and processes; (corporate volunteering, fundraising, donations, partnerships, thought leadership actions, etc.)

This role will report to our Head of Group DEIB. The position is a based in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Spain's HQ - Madrid).

Experience and requirements
We are looking for a high potential, proactive and solution-oriented individual focused on driving value to the business who is looking for a challenging yet rewarding job. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn from Group HR, Group Finance, and other high-performing teams transversally
7. 2 years of experience in designing, monitoring and managing CSR programs across different categories and relevant stakeholders, at a global scale. Experience in a strategy or management consulting role (pre-/post-MBA, depending on the overall experience) will be highly valued.
8. Experience in interacting with key stakeholders internally and externally to obtain the buy-in for CSR objectives and initiatives
9. Valuable experience in program/project management with evidence of working in a strategic and advisory capacity – strong consulting mindset and business partnering approach
10. Experience in some of CSR main topics would also be required: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB), community engagement and impact, employee well-being, social innovation, education initiatives, social/humanitarian crisis response
11. Problem structuring, strategic problem-solving and very strong analytical skills, coupled with strong Excel skills
12. Required: fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish. Other European languages are a plus.
13. Excellent written and oral communication skills for Power Point slides creation and presentation
14. Strong business sense, understanding the business impact of KPIs. Strategic and global thinking approach, coupled with effective management skills, including planning and decision making - proven track record of getting things done and leading projects to measurable impact
15. Experience in managing dedicated and multiple projects with minimum guidance and in an autonomous manner
16. Experience of working in international multi-cultural environments and with diverse remote teams
17. Bachelor’s degree with some complementary education on social impact subjects
