Your main mission will be: To support the overall operational excellence of the hotel by coordinating and optimizing the performance of multiple departments, ensuring seamless guest experiences through efficient service delivery, strategic planning, and the implementation of high-quality standards across all areas of operation.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Oversee daily activities across departments including F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Guest Experience, Spa, and Entertainment
* Coordinate and control cross-departmental efforts to ensure seamless operations
* Assist in implementing strategic plans and operational improvements
* Handle operational incidents and guest complaints professionally
* Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
* Support staff training and ongoing development initiatives
* Identify guest needs and proactively respond to them
* Establish targets, KPIs, and procedures
* Foster team spirit and collaboration
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications
What we expect from you :
* Strong organizational, communication, and planning skills
* Proactivity, dynamism, multitasking ability, and good time management
* Honesty, integrity, and a high sense of responsibility
* Excellent command of Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with additional knowledge of French, Italian, or German being an asset
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a 4/5-star resort environment
* Strong knowledge of hotel operations and quality assurance
* Proven experience in Rooms Division is highly preferred
* Familiar with ongoing guest contact and hospitality
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
