Head of Lead Generation to drive high-volume, multi-country B2C lead generation campaigns focused on driver acquisition. You will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital and none-digital campaigns across multiple channels to deliver consistent, high-quality driver leads that fuel the growth of our partners.

Responsibilities
* Strategy & Planning: Design and execute scalable lead generation strategies across multiple European countries and cities.
* Campaign Execution: Manage 30+ simultaneous multi-channel campaigns, optimizing for volume, quality, and cost efficiency.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers, media buyers, and analysts to ensure consistent delivery.
* Data & Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPL, conversion rates, ROI) to inform strategic decisions.
* Market Customization: Localize messaging, creatives, and targeting strategies for different markets while ensuring compliance with local regulations (e.G., GDPR).
* Innovation & Automation: Implement marketing automation tools and processes to scale efficiently while maintaining lead quality.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (like Amazon, Uber, and others) to align on goals, priorities, and lead quality.
Skills Required
* Proven Experience: 7+ years in B2C lead generation, preferably in logistics, mobility, or gig-economy sectors.
* Multi-Market Expertise: Hands-on experience managing multi-country campaigns in Europe.
* High-Volume Campaigns: Demonstrated ability to manage 30+ concurrent campaigns with significant budgets (€500K+/quarter).
* Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in data analysis and tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, and CRM platforms.
* Leadership Skills: Experience leading cross-functional marketing teams.
* Innovation-Driven: Track record of adopting new channels, testing innovative strategies, and using automation to scale.
* Strong Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (other European languages a plus).
