Key responsibilities
Define and execute product strategy in coordination with R&D, Technical Service and Sales
Lead product development, validation and launch activities
Act as technical reference during customer projects and sales engagements
Analyze market trends, competition and portfolio performance
Requirements
Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or similar
Minimum 15 years of experience in reactive PU hotmelt adhesives
Background in product management, technical service and/or sales support
Fluent English; other languages valued
Availability to travel across Europe
