En Copeland buscamos un estudiante curioso, analítico y con interés en la innovación para unirse como Becario de Ingeniería de Producto. Esta posición brinda la oportunidad de colaborar con el equipo de ingeniería en el desarrollo, validación y mejora de productos, apoyando tanto en tareas técnicas como en actividades de documentación y soporte a producción. Responsabilidades principales: - Apoyar en la actualización y control de documentación técnica (planos, BOMs, especificaciones). - Colaborar en pruebas, validaciones y evaluaciones de desempeño de componentes o productos. - Dar soporte al equipo de producción para resolver incidencias relacionadas con ingeniería. - Participar en actividades de cambio de ingeniería (ECR/ECO) y seguimiento de implementaciones. - Apoyar en la toma y análisis de datos técnicos, generación de reportes y presentaciones. - Colaborar con áreas de Calidad, Producción y Compras para asegurar la correcta implementación de mejoras. - Participar en proyectos de mejora continua, reducción de costos o eficiencia del producto. Requisitos: - Estudiante activo(a) de los últimos semestres de Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Industrial o afines. - Conocimientos básicos en dibujo técnico, manufactura y materiales. - Deseable manejo de software CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD o similar). - Manejo de Excel intermedio o avanzado. - Inglés intermedio (deseable). - Actitud proactiva, pensamiento analítico y gusto por el trabajo en equipo. - Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial en Guadalajara. Horario: - Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 12:00 pm Ofrecemos: - Apoyo económico mensual. - Experiencia práctica en una empresa global líder en soluciones tecnológicas. - Participación en proyectos reales de ingeniería y mejora de productos. - Ambiente de aprendizaje y crecimiento profesional.
