PBroster Buchanan are partnered with a global leader in the medical diagnostics field who are currently in the middle of an exciting global D365 FO implementation, and are looking for a D365 R2R Functional Lead to join and help with the system design, configuration and architecture. This is a new role created to join their centre of excellence in Porto or Barcelona due to increased demand within the existing team. /ppbr/ppOn offer is a salary of €70k - €90k + a 20% bonus. The role can be based at either their Barcelona or Porto offices (their 2 centres of excellence) and offers flexible working, with 2-8 days onsite per month and the rest remote. There will be an occasional need to travel internationally. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities: /b /ppbr/pulliProvides module based expertise to review business requirements, define application solutions and provide challenges to ensure standardisation (adopt not adapt). /liliReview/complete Functional Design Document, configuration, unit test, support data design and reconciliation for support releases /liliProvide support to process teams and users during SIT and UAT as needed during country deployments. /liliImplement process enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. /liliUtilise methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar to drive continuous improvement. /liliWork closely with initially Process Leads, and then as appropriate finance, procurement, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure project alignment and integration. /liliAct as the primary point of contact for functional issues and inquiries. /liliCollaborate with all teams to achieve project objectives, including 3rd party and support organisations. /liliDevelop and utilise analytics and reporting tools to monitor process performance. /liliGenerate regular reports on project status, process metrics, and improvement initiatives. /liliConduct root cause analysis for system inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. /liliEnsure processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. /liliIdentify and mitigate risks associated with process changes and improvements. /liliMaintain accurate and up-to-date project and process documentation. /liliProvide training and support to team members and technology functional capabilities as required /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /ppbr/pulliExcellent understanding of processes and best practise for an enterprise level D365 FO project, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi country implementations /liliExpertise in the functional and technical capabilities of D365 FO, including understanding and translating complex needs into appropriate solutions within the R2R workstream /liliExperience with process improvement methodologies and tools in the context of technology change projects /liliExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with multiple departments across different countries successfully, and manage third party vendor resources /li /ul
