What You'll Do:
1. Discover and connect with talented candidates through innovative sourcing techniques.
2. Dive into the exciting world of IT, Technical Sales & Engineering recruitment.
3. Create eye-catching job advertisements to attract top talent.
4. Conduct interviews and help candidates land their dream jobs.
5. Build relationships with clients and candidates while growing your professional network.
6. Contribute to our online marketing efforts and boost the company's visibility.
7. Take part in diverse HR and Talent Acquisition projects.
8. Explore the latest trends in the tech industry and recruitment strategies.
What We're Looking For:
1. You're in your final year of studies or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, IT, HR, Psychology, Tourism or a related field.
2. You can sign a learning agreement with your university and apply for an Erasmus scholarship.
3. You have excellent English skills (C1 level or higher), and speaking additional European languages is a big plus
4. You're curious, driven, and eager to learn new things.
5. You're a people person with great communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed.
6. You're proactive, full of energy, and love taking on challenges.
7. You aim for excellence and are motivated by achieving results.
