You will have the opportunity to shape and develop new programs and grow with an internationally successful scale-up. Additionally, you will serve as an internal and external advocate for your product’s portfolio. /ppbr/ppstrong What are the main responsabilities? /strong /ppo Leadership the Brand marketing plan development, set up of new promotional campaigns. /ppo Leadership of the brand design and translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies. /ppo Analysis of brand positioning, competitors and consumer insights. /ppo Proposals and assessments of Brand ROI and KPIs. /ppo Ensure that the product pipeline corresponds with customer requirements and current market trends. /ppo Management of stakeholders are fully informed and escalate any barriers/dependencies to ensure smooth delivery. /ppo Participation in an active product team including helping with products related events, corporate exposure etc. /ppo Communication with external marketing business partners to understand their challenges and bring them new operational solutions. /ppo Organization of national and international events. /ppo Development of promotional tools for medical representatives, search for new promotional tools, new services ideas... /ppbr/ppstrongWhat are we looking for? /strong /ppo Successful experience of brand management in the healthcare industry. /ppo University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a strong scientific background with a specialization in marketing in a Business school. /ppo Minimum 2 years Product Management experience in pharmaceutical/biotech environment ideally startup. /ppo Experience in international and dynamic work environment. /ppo Experience managing Women Health Care Products or Brands. /ppo Native Spanish with excellent English level. /ppo Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. /ppo Leadership, teamwork and collaboration and great sense of analysis to bring solutions /ppo Responsiveness, adaptability and initiative for proposing new ideas and suggestions. /ppo Possessing a unique blend of business, medical and marketing savvy. /ppo Adaptable, organized and efficient: You can adapt to changes, keep up with the demands of an expanding startup and you are comfortable in an agile work environment. /ppo Proficiency in Office, Digital Social Media. /ppbr/ppstrongWhat do we offer? /strong /pulliA positive and dynamic work environment. /liliFlexible working hours with the option to work remotely on Fridays. /liliHealth insurance. /liliPermanent contract. /li /ulpbr/ppIf you are a strongProduct Manager /strong with a passion for women’s health and want to join a fast-growing international company, strongwe look forward to your application /strong /p
