Work arrangement
This position is based fully on-site (no remote) at our EU HQ office (Cornella, Barcelona).

Key responsibilities
• Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and issue resolution of SAP S/4HANA SD or FICO modules.
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for SAP system-related issues, ensuring system stability and business continuity.
• Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders and follow up on implementation and completion.
• Monitor and handle exceptions related to external system integrations, including data transmission issues and interface errors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support integration with systems such as DMS, banking systems, and 3PL platforms.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, with proficiency in either SD (Sales and Distribution) or FICO (Finance and Controlling) modules.
• Ability to independently handle SAP system operational support and daily issue resolution.
• Extensive experience in external system integration, including interfaces with systems such as DMS, banking systems, or 3PL.
• Strong ability to identify and resolve abnormal data transmission and interface issues.
• Experience in the automotive industry (OEM or parts suppliers) is required.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and multi-time-zone environment.
• Fluent in English as a working language; Spanish is a plus.
