As HR Manager for the Iberia Decorative unit, you partner with Sales and Marketing to drive people strategies in a multinational, matrix setting. You blend strategic thinking with hands‑on HR support to enable growth and change initiatives. You’ll manage the full employee lifecycle and advocate for development, performance, and talent calibration. This role focuses on shaping culture, engagement, and compliant, efficient HR processes close to the business.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
* Act as HR Business Partner for Decorative Sales and Marketing teams
* Advise managers on organization, performance, development, compensation and talent management
* Support and drive business initiatives and change projects (commercial and organizational)
* Manage onboarding, development, performance and offboarding with People Services and Centers of Excellence
* Facilitate PDD, talent calibration and workforce planning processes
* Identify learning and development needs and implement solutions with CoEs
* Drive engagement, culture and internal communication initiatives
* Ensure correct implementation of global HR processes locally
* Promote self‑service tools to managers and employees; coordinate transactional topics with People Services
* Ensure compliance with local labor legislation across HR policies and practices
* Manage labor relations (works councils, unions) at relevant level; participate in audits and investigations as required
Responsabilidades
* University degree (HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Law or similar)
* At least 5 years of experience as HR Generalist/HRBP in multinational/matrix environment
* Experience working with Sales and/or Marketing populations; FMCG or highly commercial environment valued
* Dynamic, adaptable, solution-oriented team player
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution
* Excellent communication and influencing skills; strong stakeholder management
* High level of English (written and spoken); comfortable in international settings
* Ability to operate in complex, fast-changing environments with some ambiguity
