Platelet Biotechnologies S.L. (PlaBiTe) is a spin-off company of the Fundación para la Investigación e Innovación Biosanitaria de Asturias (FINBA) and the University of Oviedo. PlaBiTe specializes in the field of biomedicine with the mission of developing platelet-derived bioproducts, advanced therapies, and services aimed at improving human health.

Role
We are looking for a Junior Sales & Business Developer with a commercial and technical profile. The selected candidate will actively participate in sales strategy, client acquisition, and the company’s commercial communication.
Main Responsibilities
* Identification and prospecting of potential clients (biotech and pharma companies, CROs, academic and clinical laboratories).
* Contact, follow-up, and customer loyalty management.
* Deliver technical presentations to potential clients.
* Preparation of commercial proposals and sales materials.
* Participation in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
* Creation and management of social media content to support communication and sales strategy.
* Collaboration with the R&D team to align the product offer with market needs.
Qualifications & Required skills
* Bachelor/Master Degree in the Areas of Biomedical Sciences and/or Business & Marketing.
* High level of English (spoken and written).
* Strong communication, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset.
* Computer skills: proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
