About the Role Mission of the position : Manage planning and inventory for Enflex and Retrofit VS.
Responsibilities Analyse and respond to delivery time requests for Enflex machines and Retrofits, taking into consideration the customer's needs and the existing resources capacity.
Definition and follow-up of milestones in the different stages of the projects, agreeing with the supervisors of the different involved areas the necessary actions to meet the deadlines.
Introduce and maintain planned dates in the company's ERP system.
Lead the Enflex S&OP (Sales & Operations) meetings.
Analyse inventory levels minimising technical and financial obsolescence.
Management & Control for Retrofits VS technicians workloads.
Retrofits VS projects follow-up.
Management and updates of KPI's for Enflex & Retrofits VS.
What You Need to Be Successful Mandatory :
Engineering degree : Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or similar.
Experience in a similar role: At least 5 / 6 years. Mandatory in case of not having a degree.
Experience as Planning Specialist in a packaging company.
Technical skills for collecting and analyzing data for defining improvement strategies.
Ability to manage accurately different processes.
Teamwork attitude.
Results and deadlines oriented.
Innovative approach.
Proficiency level in English.
Customer oriented.
Knowledge of Office tools: MS Word, MS Excel, Power BI.
Knowledge in SAP.
Availability to travel worldwide when needed.
Desired Knowledge of 2D / 3D CAD software (Autocad / Solidworks / Composer).
At least 5 / 6 years of experience in a similar role.
