Technical Leadership and Standard ApplicationLead PV inverter grid connection testing (compliant with MV/HV distribution network standards such as EN 50549-2, IEC 62109-1/2, CEI 0-16, VDE-AR-N 4110).Develop testing methods for new standards or requirements, participate in domestic and international standardization meetings, and interpret technical specifications.Validate test reports (authorization signatory qualification required).2. Testing Operations ManagementLead the testing engineer team to ensure high-quality delivery of testing services.Collaborate with laboratory managers to plan testing equipment configuration and capability building.Develop and implement training programs for technical personnel to enhance team skills.3.
