We are looking for a visionary and experienced culinary professional to lead our gastronomic operations in the opening of Casa METT Sitges. This role will oversee all F&B; outlets within the hotel, with a focus on developing and managing our new restaurant concept (Italian premium/fine dining).
Main Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, create, and launch a new italian premium/fine dining restaurant.
- Design and implement menus that reflect regional cuisine's identity with modern twists.
