As a Senior Digital Customer Success Manager - Specialist for S/4HANA Private Cloud, you will act as a trusted advisor, maximizing customer lifetime value by guiding customer executives and their teams, and accelerating value delivery through rapid adoption of solutions.
Responsibilities
* Build executive relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
* Identify opportunities for leveraging SAP solutions.
* Mitigate churn through adoption and consumption strategies.
* Support sales efforts for expansion and upselling.
* Manage crisis situations and drive renewals, expansions, and upsells.
Qualifications
* Strong experience with S/4HANA PCE and cloud solutions.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
* Proven ability to handle complex customer situations.
* SAP Business Suite certification preferred.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
