You'll work closely with cross‐functional teams to ensure we're not just building fast, but building what truly drives growth and customer value.What You'll Be DoingProduct Strategy & RoadmapOwn and drive the quarterly roadmap for the Scale Core teamSet priorities aligned with enterprise client needs and company OKRsBalance short‐term delivery with long‐term product and architecture decisionsEnd‐to‐End Product DevelopmentLead discovery: client research, data analysis, hypothesis shapingWrite clear, structured PRDs and specs for cross‐functional teams (Engineering, QA, Design)Drive execution: align on scope, unblock dependencies, support deliveryOwn the full release cycle — from QA acceptance to rollout and monitoringAdoption & Go‐To‐MarketPartner with Marketing on feature positioning and launch communicationWork with CS to drive adoption among enterprise clientsDefine product UX copy (tooltips, banners, onboarding)Track adoption and iterate based on dataProduct as a Revenue DriverTranslate signals from clients, Sales, CS, and the market into product prioritiesWork in tight alignment with GTM teams (Sales, CS, Marketing)Prioritize based on revenue and adoption impact, not feature volumeEnsure the product supports Sales in closing and CS in expanding accountsAbout You5+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years in B2B SaaS (ideally with enterprise‐facing products)Experience in mobile UA, AdTech, or performance marketing is a strong plus — you understand the client's worldStrong data fluency: comfortable working with large‐scale performance data, experiments, and key metricsAbility to extract insights and make decisions even with imperfect data or an analytics setupSolid understanding of A/B testing, incrementality, and optimization logicProven ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes (revenue, retention, expansion)Experience writing clear, structured PRDs for cross‐functional teamsStrong prioritization skills, balancing data, business context, and stakeholder inputEnd‐to‐end ownership mindset — from discovery through delivery to adoptionComfortable operating in ambiguity and resource‐constrained environmentsAbility to align Engineering, Sales, CS, and Marketing without direct authorityStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Fluent English (B2+)What Is There for You?Time Off: Vacation and public holidays following your country's regulations.
