Channel Manager - European Union/B2B Solutions (Part-Time, Commission-Based)

Location: European Union (Remote)

Our platform provides over 1,000 solutions and more than 20,000 products, tailored to engineers, project managers, and technical directors in the B2B market. We offer end-to-end services from consulting and system design to implementation, helping businesses achieve efficient and reliable solutions across various industries.

Job Description

We are looking for a Channel Manager to build and expand our local partner ecosystem in your region. This is a part-time, commission-based position, ideal for professionals with B2B sales and channel development experience. The primary responsibility will be to recruit and onboard new channel partners, support them in promoting SolutionMall’s solutions and products, and help build a strong partner network.

This role focuses heavily on partner recruitment, developing strong relationships with local system integrators, solution providers, resellers, and business promoters. The Channel Manager will work closely with the global team to align local partners with the full range of solutions offered by SolutionMall.

In Latin America, we are building a long-term partner ecosystem focused on integrators and distribution channels across European Union markets.

Key Responsibilities
* Recruit qualified local partners such as system integrators, solution providers, resellers, and business promoters.
* Onboard and train new partners on SolutionMall’s product offerings, system integration, and platform capabilities.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure continuous business growth and engagement.
* Enable partners by providing access to sales resources, solution materials, and educational content.
* Help partners effectively communicate with local businesses, assist with solution matching, and support early-stage project consultations.
* Track and manage partner activities, ensuring consistent engagement, progress in sales, and solutions delivered.
* Gather local market feedback from partners to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activity to improve global strategy.
Qualifications
* Experience: Strong background in B2B sales, channel development, or partner management. Experience in IT, IoT, or electronics industries is preferred.
* Language: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
* Technical Understanding: Familiarity with complex B2B system solutions is advantageous.
* Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with partners, customers, and stakeholders.
* Availability: This is a part-time role with flexible hours. The role is commission-based, and compensation is based on performance.
Compensation
* Commission-Based: Earnings are based on 1% to 2% of the contract amount, with a minimum of 1%, depending on the type of product sold. This is a commission model designed to reward partner development efforts and business achievements.
* Incentives: As you bring in more active partners, registrations, and contracts, additional support will be provided, including a monthly stipend (for phone, transportation, and other expenses), ranging from $300 to $500 USD.
* Official Certification: Once you start collaborating with us and conducting partner visits, customer visits, and related activities, we will provide you with an official Channel / Cooperation Manager Certification. This certification will be recognized in our system, with a special verified badge indicating your exclusive status.
