No sales required!! -You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and helpdesk support for multifunctional printers, attending calls and chats. The candidate will attend the UK market and one of this markets: Danish. Qualifications -Technical support, help desk support, and troubleshooting skills -Knowledge of information technology and operational systems -Customer support skills. -Ability to work effectively in a team -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, among other tasks. What We Offer -Permanent contract -Full-time job: 39 hours per week. Working hours: 39 hours/week. Working schedules will be organized within the time slot between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. We would require flexibility on Mondays and Fridays, so that one day you may work more hours and the other fewer, allowing you to enjoy a longer weekend. -Paid training planned for 2 weeks (as part of the contract): Tuesday 26th May, 2026. -Monday to Friday.
