Lead and coordinate the Global Preferred Providers (GPPO) Claims Handlers team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of international medical invoices. Guarantee service quality, cost containment efficiency, and adherence to internal procedures, SLAs, and productivity KPIs, while fostering team performance and continuous improvement. #Lead and support the GPPO Claims Handlers team, ensuring workload allocation and compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and productivity standards. Maintain smooth operational continuity across shifts. Ensure correct application of procedures, billing rules, and cost‑containment guidelines. Train and coach team members, conduct performance follow‑ups, and support a collaborative work environment. Assist with resource planning, task distribution, and productivity optimization. Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with security, GDPR, and internal controls.

Academic background in administration, healthcare, insurance, or business will be positively valued. Previous experience as Team Leader, Coordinator, or similar operational role is highly valued Background in travel assistance, medical insurance, healthcare billing, or cost‑containment environments is considered a strong asset. Strong knowledge of international medical billing, claims handling, and cost control. Ability to analyze medical and billing documents. Proficiency with operational tools and reporting (billing systems, CRMs, Excel). Spanish and English (B2–C1) required. French and additional languages are an advantage.
