&##We are looking for a Scrum Master with experience in Transactional Banking to support one of our leading clients in the banking sector.
&##As a Scrum Master, your goal will be to coordinate high-performance teams using agile methodologies, collecting metrics to measure execution, identify inefficiencies in the team's workflow, and report product progress to senior management, ensuring the timeliness and quality of deliverables.
Maintain a Jira backlog according to the Product Owner's specifications, properly updated and aligned with the team.
Generate performance metrics.
Organize sprint ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate the global gathering of requirements and product implementation.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Transactional Banking
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience with SWIFT messaging and ISO 20022
Advanced level in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
English level: Hybrid Málaga.
