What You’ll Do
* Full managerial responsibility for a portfolio of German SME clients with a focus on portfolio growth and long‑term account retention.
* Identify client needs and sell appropriate products and services to increase customer engagement.
* Proactively manage a pipeline, prioritise opportunities to exceed profitable growth targets.
* Seek out new expansion opportunities from self‑generated leads, referrals, subsidiaries or sister companies.
* Deliver premium value aligned with client goals to achieve a positive customer experience and advocacy.
Your Qualifications
* Bilingual in German and advanced English.
* Background working for/in the German market.
* Self‑driven, results‑oriented and positive outlook.
* Challenger mindset with creative business‑opportunity identification.
* Excellent forward planning and organisational skills to manage multiple customers at different sales stages.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
* Exceptional communication skills and confidence in speaking with senior executives.
* Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
