Every summer we host residencies from some of the most renowned artists and brands in the world, including Black Coffee, Calvin Harris, David Guetta, FISHER, Tomorrowland and many more.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Creative Strategist to shape the storytelling and creative output of Hï Ibiza's social channels. This role goes far beyond posting; it is about developing ideas that make people feel, share, and remember. The ideal candidate is a digital native who understands culture as much as algorithms and sees social media as a stage for creativity and connection.

Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the social media creative strategy for Hï Ibiza, translating the brand's vision into impactful ideas and campaigns.
- Create and manage the social media content calendar, copywriting, scheduling, and publishing posts across platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Develop original, shareable, and trend‑driven content concepts that amplify Hï Ibiza's presence across platforms and resonate with a global audience.
- Ideate, write & execute creative briefs and guide content creators to ensure all assets reflect the brand identity and narrative.
- Identify and leverage emerging trends, sounds, and formats on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to drive organic reach.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize, brief and execute social‑first campaigns for residencies and brand initiatives.
- Manage the social calendar, designing an ongoing narrative that keeps audiences emotionally connected throughout the season.
- Oversee content performance through analytics and insights, transforming data into creative decisions that refine strategy and storytelling.
- Ensure every piece of content reflects the brand's DNA and contributes to its long‑term vision.
- Stay ahead of the curve constantly experimenting, testing, and redefining how a club brand shows up on social media.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in social media management and creative strategy, ideally within music, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Deep understanding of digital culture, storytelling, and social media platform dynamics.
- Proven experience collaborating across teams (creative, production, marketing) with the ability to lead ideas from concept to delivery.
- Skilled at briefing video and design teams, with an eye for visual detail and storytelling flow.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and how to craft content that fits the algorithms and audiences.
- Comfortable using social analytics tools to identify opportunities and measure impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Passion for nightlife, music, and culture and a genuine interest in how creativity can move people.
- Organised, proactive, and collaborative, a genuine team player who thrives in a creative, fast‑paced environment.
- Adaptable and adaptable to the rhythm of the nightlife industry, including night or weekend work.
