The main goal of the job is about influencing customers to develop the category of contact lenses by generating new users. Chain the mindset of ECP and owners to be more proactive so they can offer contact lenses. They need the capability to understand and execute JBP in KAs.

Responsibilities:

* Capability to analyze a business and look for opportunities.
* Influencing customers to change mindset from passive to proactive about contact lenses.
* Understand the needs and particularities of every channel, including buying groups and chains.
* Understand and use the basic tools to develop the category of contact lenses: Customer journey, POS, database, organizing training for customers.
* Execute in its area the JBP defined for each KA.
* Build the category of Misight. Teaching and encouraging ECP to improve the lives of children.
* Cover the coverage plan designed for each area according to the customer segmentation.
* Follow the sales process determined.
* Develop a good relationship with customers, including the roles in a business: ECP, owners, sales staff, etc.
* Negotiate price increases when required.
* Provide value to the team. Be a team member.
* Understand CooperVision programs and use them.
* Complete all reporting and administrative duties.
* Minimum knowledge of products: CooperVision and competitors.
* Attend congresses if requested.
* Prepare for training and improvement.
