Our TRG team is looking for an Onsite Level 1 support technician in the Vitoria-Gasteiz area.
The standard scope of this role includes:
* Call acceptance
* Receiving incidents (hardware, software faults, and problems) via telephone, intranet form, fax, email, and web tickets if necessary
* Acceptance of service requests and forwarding to the responsible group
* Ticket creation and recording of incidents in the system
* Prioritization and classification of tickets according to specifications
* Recording all data required for incident processing and resolution
* Qualification based on a knowledge base, including incident description, containment, resolution, or forwarding
* Analysis of incident reports and identification of malfunction causes
* Processing checklists and diagnosing incidents with the aim of resolving them
* Attempting resolution via remote access when possible
* Documenting all actions and status updates in the ticket
* Following incident management procedures
* Updating tickets until closure
The TRG team is looking for an IT professional with the following:
* At least 2 years of experience in IT support (Service Desk or Helpdesk)
* Fluency in Spanish and English
* Knowledge of IT in industrial environments
* Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow

Details of the vacancy:
* Permanent contract
* Fully onsite position
* Monday to Friday shifts in rotation (24/5), with possible Saturday and holiday work
* Pluxee card (Sodexo) €100/month after 3 months, Sanitas health insurance after 6 months
* Free online language classes (German, French, Spanish, English)
