CEX Experience (Crypto)Responsibilities :
Develop new partnerships with media and affiliates (e.G., KOLs, influencers, and other local crypto leaders) to attract first-time depositors and trades.Maintain relationships and performance of existing KOLs.Provide timely, satisfactory, and trustworthy customer service and issue resolution to Bybit’s affiliates and users. Proactively liaise with Bybit’s internal teams and offer improvement suggestions to management.Contribute to developing and executing a comprehensive African growth strategy focused on both financial gains and customer satisfaction.Expand Bybit’s client base and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.Enhance Bybit’s reputation and business in local markets.Research emerging blockchain trends and recommend new offerings to meet customer needs.Stay updated with social media trends (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and within the blockchain influencer community.Candidate Requirements :
Experience in crypto or blockchain in local markets (Spain preferred), with existing relationships or knowledge of influential figures in the local ecosystem.Proven track record in business development or sales.Self-driven, passionate about making impactful contributions where rules are undefined, attentive to market needs, and proactive in execution.Result-oriented, committed to achieving business results and customer satisfaction.Passionate about blockchain and Web3.Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related fields;
an MBA is advantageous.Experience managing and leading a team of skilled business development or sales professionals.Bilingual:
fluent in English and preferably one or more local languages.
