Experteer Overview
In this role you will act as the strategic bridge between Kärcher’s professional product lines and the market, coordinating complex projects and shaping growth for your product family. You will support sales and key accounts with high-level insights, while ensuring alignment with ISO standards and long-term goals across international teams. This is a strategic, non-sales profile focused on coordination, optimization, and cross-department collaboration. You will influence how professional cleaning solutions are positioned in large-scale projects, delivering tangible business impact.

• Strategic project coordination as the national subject matter expert and Key Point for the professional department
• Lead development of comprehensive project offers aligned with client needs and commercial viability
• Monitor progress of key projects to meet department growth and KPIs
• Provide consultancy and support to Sales and KAMs during high-level client interactions
• Represent the local subsidiary in international meetings and training with HQ in Germany
• Collaborate with Commercial and General Management to identify market opportunities and growth strategies

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Business Administration (ADE), Management, International Business, or related field
• Proven experience in Project Management, Product Management, or Strategic Consultancy
• Experience in industrial or professional sector
• Fluency in English (C1) for communication with headquarters in Germany
