About the company Our client operates in the Saa S space and has an advanced search solution for e-commerce stores, that can be added as a plugin for thousands of webshop platforms such as Shopify, Woo Commerce and similar.
It is a highly advanced search solution serving more than 10.000 customers globally that makes it a lot easier for visitors to find the best products, and it increases conversion rates drastically.
What will you do? Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting, negotiation to closing Conduct market research to identify client needs and opportunities Develop tailored sales strategies to win new business Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms Independently generate new business opportunities Maintain an organized sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts Candidate profile Proven experience in B2 B sales, preferably in Saa S (at least 6 months) Experience working with the US market in similar role Strong communication and active listening skills Willingness to work late shifts to cater to US hours (14:45-11:45 PM, Friday until 8 PM) Results-driven with a hunger for success and growth Native or near native fluency in English Team player with a collaborative mindset Quick to adapt and eager to learn in a dynamic environment Willing to work 100% from office (hybrid options after initial months) (Spanish work residency or EU passport is mandatory) Employer offers Permanent contract ensuring job security €30,000 base salary + uncapped commission (15.000 € OTE) Clear career progression and personalized development plans Join a diverse team representing 33+ nationalities Healthcare plan and support with Spanish documentation (but no relocation support) Hybrid work model after the initial 3-4 months Modern, eco-friendly office with open spaces and arcade games Employee referral program with bonus incentives Please know this job is 100% in Madrid and candidates needs to be based in the area or willing to relocate on their own.
