Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re transitioning from a B2B to a B2C model, with our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team driving this commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different markets and find the best ways to connect with smokers and encourage them to switch to reduced-risk products.

We’re seeking customer-centric individuals with strong B2C experience to participate in this major marketing transformation. If you have omni-channel skills in e-commerce, marketing, channel strategy, customer experience, or digital strategy, this is a career-changing opportunity to shape a new global function and help create a smoke-free future.

Your day-to-day

As a Territory Commercial Executive, you will deploy and negotiate lead generation programs with POS owners and employees, as well as with reseller certification programs. You will handle training and engagement activities, product launches, portfolio positioning, and ensure proper product placement.

You will be responsible for negotiation, tracking KPIs, and continuously improving qualitative and quantitative objectives at the point of sale.

Who We’re Looking For

* University degree.
* English proficiency, at least B2; Spanish native or near-native preferred.
* Valid driving license for Spanish territory, held for at least 1 year.
* EU valid work permit.
* At least 2 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or marketing departments.
* One year or more of FMCG experience in B2B (desirable).
* Negotiation skills and ability to meet sales targets.
* Ability to build strong client relationships.
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
* Location: Oviedo.
