Job Responsibilities
1. Create product specification plans and documentation based on customer or Sales team requests.
2. Provide internal and external technical support to clarify specification issues and support project completion.
3. Develop project solutions within the standard framework, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery in coordination with Sales Engineers.
4. Create and manage project documentation and information in relevant internal and external systems.
5. Supervise all customer orders related to technical fit and project definition to prevent after-sales issues.
6. Develop and maintain tools to improve pre-sales support and documentation.
7. Coordinate and monitor outsourced design office resources, record their work, and manage invoice control.
8. Support tracking and reporting of project conversion ratios.
Qualifications & Experience
* Relevant university degree or equivalent practical and vocational experience.
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
* Strong skills in CAD tools and other design software.
Knowledge & Skills
* Proficient understanding of processes, technologies, products, or relevant fields.
* Effective use of planning, analytical, or conceptual techniques.
* Understanding of legislation and regulations relevant to the business.
