AIRBUS offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain – #Discover II 2026/2027. The internship starts 5th October 2026 and lasts 11 months until 1st October 2027. It is a full‑time experience (40 h/week) with an attractive study grant.
Overview
In partnership with Camilo José Cela University, the Discover program provides students with a Master organised in three training blocks, followed by an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to their degree. The internship allows you to study a Master, discover the skills most in demand, and combine that with practical experience.
Responsibilities

* Support the analysis and definition of the scope for A400M MRO events.
* Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to scope management.
* Analyze the database of past executed events to identify the impact caused by fluctuations in the inflow of active events.
* Based on these findings, develop a predictive tool for industrial impact.
Required skills and experience
*
* Currently enrolled student in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
* Demonstrated interest in the aerospace sector, specifically in the area of MRO.
* Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
* Solid knowledge of office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint).
* Technical skills in programming and data visualization.
* Availability to undertake the internship during the 2026/2027 period.
