IDIADA is looking for a highly motivated business developer to work at IDIADA’s best-in-class electric motor test laboratory with a total of 15 test benches. IDIADA is highly committed to enhance its services in the field of e-mobility beyond its current capabilities and needs outstanding staff with motivating and entrepreneurial spirit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing RFQs from customers and preparing quotations in collaboration with technical engineers.
- Preparing marketing materials such as taylor made presentations
- Monitoring the resources dedicated to the regular operation (test benches, equipment, personnel)
- Planning maintenances and calibrations
- Filling the logbook and preparation of the weekly project KPI’s
- Preparation of the monthly invoices
- Technical communication with technicians, test engineers and customers
- Management of the department purchases and supply chain
- Monitoring and optimization of the quality processes according to internal procedures and checklists

**Qualifications**

Profile
- 3 years relevant experience
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Projects
- Previous experience in tasks with daily and weekly milestones
- Interest in new technologies, automotive and electric vehicles, specially in electric motor and inverter technologies
- Analytic and problem-solving skills
- Communicative and team player

Education
- Degree or Master in engineering or sciences

Languages
- Fluent English and Spanish
- German and/or Japanese very much appreciated
