The Iberia region has consolidated itself as one of the most dynamic and promising markets for Siemens Advanta, with significant investment in resources and capabilities.
We currently have a team of over 100 highly qualified professionals offering professional services structured into three fundamental areas:
Consulting: Helping clients understand their digital maturity, create an evolution plan based on their priorities, improve production excellence, process improvement, define business digitalization, and reduce costs.
Digital Solution Design: Understanding client needs and transforming them into technological solutions (both IT and OT).
We are looking to incorporate a Customer Engagement to join our team. As a Customer Engagement, you will be a trusted technical advisor for our strategic clients. Your mission will be to lead digital consulting projects for industrial clients in Iberia, coordinating resources from both the client and Siemens, and ensuring the successful achievement of project objectives. You will specifically focus on the Energy & Utilities sector, acting as a key partner for our clients in this domain.
Your responsibilities:
As a Customer Engagement, you will be a trusted technical advisor for our strategic clients, leading digital consulting projects for industrial clients in Iberia. Your mission will be to coordinate resources from both the client and Siemens, ensuring the successful achievement of project objectives. Specifically, for the Power & Utilities sector in Iberia:
Develop, implement, and drive the sales strategy for Energy & Utilities clients, leveraging Siemens Advanta's portfolio and offerings.
Identify C-level and lower decision-makers, build strong strategic relationships, and become a trusted partner and advisor for client CXOs and key stakeholders.
Establish a pipeline and lead sales pursuit teams to engage clients and win strategic deals, driving sales closure, including negotiations for Advanta projects in Energy and Water across Iberia.
Nurture leads by evaluating opportunities, communicating value propositions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Manage sales through forecasting, qualification,
