We are currently seeking a **Rotating Equipment Engineer** with experience in detailed engineering design projects for petrochemical plants, refineries, and/or energy transition projects.
**Location**:Madrid
**Work Modality**:Hybrid, when working in the office. 23 vacation days per year.
**Responsibilities**:
- Elaborate engineering activities: design for centrifugal and rotary pumps, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors (to prepare technical specifications, material requisitions and documents for purchase order, prepare technical bid tabulations and offers analysis, cheking and review of vendor’s drawings and documents.
- Coordinates with other Specialist Leads involved in the project. Coordination with other disciplines to define the interfaces with piping, electricity, instrumentation, works civil, etc.
- Ensures that the discipline engineering deliverables are compliant with project QHSE plan and Technip & discipline engineering processes & standards.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in rotating equipment design and engineering for petrochemical plants, refineries, or energy transition projects.
- Experience in the design of centrifugal and rotary pumps, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, including preparation of technical specifications, material requisitions, purchase order documents, technical bid evaluations, and vendor document review.
- High level of English, both written and spoken (level C1).
