-You will guide organizations through holistic business transformations, addressing processes, people, data, and technology to drive value.-You will break down business transformation targets into clear and actionable implementation roadmaps.-You will lead teams in the execution of governance, planning, and execution frameworks for transformation projects.-You will apply LEAN techniques to facilitate fact-finding, visualization, and continuous improvement.-You will oversee project portfolios, managing interdependencies, risks, and resource capacity while maintaining a strategic perspective.-You will facilitate portfolio reviews and report on KPIs, using data-driven insights to support decision-making.-You will communicate persuasively with both executive and operational teams, delivering actionable recommendations.-You will lead and mentor your team, adopting a servant-leader approach to help others grow and succeed.-You will ensure the successful execution of transformation projects, tracking progress and making adjustments where necessary.-You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client objectives and milestones.-You will track project outcomes and provide insights for future enhancements and continuous improvement.Who are we looking for?You are the person we are looking for if:
