We provide hyper-efficient software to companies seeking an edge with quantum computing and artificial intelligence. As a DevOps Manager, you will:
* Lead an international team of DevOps engineers to develop cutting-edge Cloud solutions for internal and external clients.
* Manage technical projects from initiation to completion, including scope, objectives, and deliverables, with detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
You will also:
* Identify and manage project risks, develop contingency plans, and maintain project momentum.
* Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
* Monitor project performance and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
* Develop documentation, monitor project status, and assess documentation effectiveness.
* Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and senior management regarding project updates, milestones, and challenges.
* Coordinate cross-project initiatives with other managers and leaders.
Qualifications include:
* Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related fields; or a Bachelor’s plus an MBA.
* 8+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, DevOps, data science, IT, or related domains.
* 5+ years of successful project management in leading DevOps/platform teams.
* Expertise in DevOps & SRE practices, Agile methodologies, and deploying SaaS solutions in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and high-availability solutions in AWS.
* Database experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL systems like DynamoDB or MongoDB.
* Proficiency in Python, Docker, and Git.
* Excellent communication skills in English; PhD preferred.
* Experience in designing infrastructure for machine learning, data analytics, and data engineering.
* Certifications such as PMP, AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Certifications, Kubernetes certifications.
