**What you’ll do**:
Regional Procurement Team Coordinator has a direct impact on ensuring continuity of supply in the region by managing the processing of orders for raw materials, goods and services, processed by a team located in Bielsko-Biala.
Main responsibilities:
- Optimization of purchasing processes and costs;
- Supervision and parameterization of the ERP system and tools supporting the purchasing process;
- Management of overdue orders;
- Management of withheld payments in cooperation with other departments;
- Controlling the timeliness of orders;
- Maintaining constant contact with suppliers;
- Negotiating with suppliers and analyzing concluded contracts;
- Reporting of results;
- Management of procurement projects and active participation in project work;
- Development of subordinate team.
**Qualifications**:
- University education;
- Experience in procurement / purchasing
**Skills**:
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems and the purchasing process;
- Ability to build business relationships with internal customers
- and suppliers;
- Very good knowledge of the English language;
- Analytical skills;
- Team management skills;
- Knowledge of MS Office including Excel;
